Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted unless prior written consent from the theorganicwholesaleclub.com is authorized. Generally edible items may not be returned due to tampering laws, but if the item has a recall or manufacturer defect, the manufacturer will settle these issues direct.

Returns will only be accepted if the package has not been opened and is in the original condition as shipped. If a return authorization is accepted, all merchandise must be in original packaging and must be in good condition. If a return is accepted, once product is received and inspected, credit will be processed within one week. No credit is given for shipping costs.
