What is the Platinum Club

The Platinum Club is a special offering to allow you to save an extra 10% on every order anytime you want. Simply pay a one time joining fee and the system will automatically deduct 10% from every order. There are no limits on its usage nor annual renewals. Just a one-time fee to save and keep on saving on every product in our store.

Can I tell my friends on Facebook about your Store?

Sure and in fact we will give you a discount every time you buy a product you Like to your friends. This discount is $2.00 on every product and then $5.00 for simply liking the Platinum Club. It is simple to do and the savings can really add up. (limited to one like per order).

Can I dropship from my own store?

Bangalla Organic offers a comprehensive drop ship program. Please refer to their website at www.bangalladistribution.com.

Where do I find allergy information?

The ingredient statement stated on the actual product label is the best source in determining what is in the product as ingredients may change. If you are allergic or sensitive to certain foods or ingredients, you should always carefully read the ingredient statement and any allergen statements to ensure the product does not contain ingredients of concern to you. If in doubt always consult your doctor before any use.

What does "Organic" mean?

Organic refers to the way agricultural products are grown and processed. It includes a system of production, processing, distribution and sales that assures consumers that the products maintain the organic integrity that begins on the farm.

Only products with at least 70% organic ingredients are able to make "organic" claims and boast the USDA Organic seal. The categories created by the USDA distinguish between the percentage of organic ingredients in food products.

Organic Wholesale club relies on the manufacturer to correctly classify their products. In addition, we sell natural and healthy foods as well as biodegradable and ecofriendly items.

What does All Natural mean?

This refers to what is in the food. All Natural foods typically contain no fake additives or preservatives, and no artificial colors or flavors.

How can I tell if the product is Gluten, Peanut Free or Kosher?

All of the allergen information and Kosher certification can be found on the product page itself.

Where can I find the nutritional information?

We provide some nutritional information, but as this can change fairly often we always recommend to go to the product manufacturer's website it will typically have a full breakdown of ingredients.

How are the shipping charges calculated?

Shipping rates are baed on fixed rates although where Fedex rates are cheaper for you then those will be used.

What forms of payment do you require and are they secure?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal. All orders are encrypted and secure.
If you PayPal account is not working, you will need to contact PayPal direct. We can only accept U.S. Dollars and your address must be a confirmed PayPal address.

How do you handle backorders?


If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email and provide you with a timeframe for product delivery. Back-ordered items generally arrive in our warehouse within 2 to 5 days.

What do I do if I need to cancel my order?


Orders may be cancelled by contacting us through the customer service page, preferably by phone. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

How do I save 10% on gifts and products from Bangalla?
